Company development

In 1998-1999, the Danish shares were taken over by the German company proprietors affecting neither legal form and subject nor location of the company. Our company is named FREY-TOX GmbH ever since.
Starting in year 2001, our testing portfolio which by that time was limited to in vivo testing only was enhanced regarding different in vitro studies. The general in vitro test portfolio which has a complementing or partially replacing character for consisting in vivo studies was further acknowledged by national and international regulations and therefore illustrating the continuous expansion of FREY-TOX.
In 2013, an additional housing unit was added enabling our CRO FREY-TOX to accomodate farming animals (e. g. pigs, sheep/goats and cattle) in order to meet the increased demand on large animal studies.
